We were insured with the bank when the Gota Fira hit our home. We were told that we had to open the claim ourselves and not speaking Spanish it was impossible. Our friend was insured with SOS INSURNACE and told us how they had been helped and looked after. In fact, even though we were not insured with SOS INSURANCE, they still opened our claim for us and gave us the info we needed. We are now insured with SOS and feel very looked after.

I always get a renewal notice 7 weeks before the premium is due which I never had with the bank who I was insured with.

On the same day I had life insurance contracted and it was so very easy!!

For some reason I could not find the breakdown number for flat tyre being a Sunday morning and needing to pick the family up from the airport, stressful not at all. I called the office number thinking it would be a answer machine and no, I spoke to Tracey who gave me the number and within 20 mins tyre changed and in time to pick the grankids up. Brilliant.
